About the Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and eye exam clinic
Take a leadership role in delivering professional customer service for all our customers
Ensure sales targets and goals are achieved
Assist with staff development, training and recruiting
Prepare daily, weekly and Monthly reports
Execute marketing plans as directed from Head Office.
Requirements
Previous retail management is a must.
Optical experience is preferred but not required.
Secondary school.
